About The Role
- Join our growing team as a proactive and personable Customer Success Executive
- Be the key contact ensuring clients/customers have a smooth and valuable experience
- Ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving customer value
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Onboarding customers
- Ensure smooth post sales processes
- Build strong relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
- Understand and support clients in reaching their goals
- Deliver onboarding, training, and engagement sessions
- Monitor client account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
- Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to advocate for client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and pass leads to Sales
- Gather testimonials, case studies, and referrals when appropriate
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-first mindset with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
- Experience with CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Organised, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ideally good with data
- Remote first company
- Base salary of up to £42K
- Company equity (no commission)
