As a Customer Success Manager (Coach), you will play a critical role in guiding and supporting our clients in their journey towards effective learning strategies. You will be the strategic partner that helps them realize the full potential of our innovative training solutions.
Your Role
In this position, you will not only manage client relationships but also act as a coach, helping organizations to embed GoodHabitz training into their culture effectively. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients see measurable results from our programs, leading to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their learning needs and business goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to evaluate the impact of GoodHabitz programs.
- Facilitate implementation sessions and workshops to inspire and motivate client teams.
- Develop tailored success plans in collaboration with clients, tracking progress and performance.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to internal teams to help enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and develop innovative approaches to customer success.
Are you the ideal candidate? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer Success or a similar role, ideally in the Ed-Tech or SaaS industry.
- Your experience has equipped you to be an inspiring coach, helping clients achieve their objectives.
- You are passionate about learning and development, with a commitment to creating impactful training experiences.
- Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
- You are fluent in English, and proficiency in another language is a significant advantage.
- You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
