Overview

The Creator Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring their success and engagement on the platform. This role requires balancing relationship management with data-driven insights to enhance creator satisfaction and revenue growth. These relationships are businesses - so past work in B2B digital native platform company / SaaS PLG is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support creators, guiding them through monetization features (ad revenue share, shops, rewards).
• Provide performance insights and best practices to help creators grow their audience and earnings.
• Act as the voice of the creator within the company, collaborating with Product to improve onboarding flows, category tagging, and gamification features.
• Develop educational resources and host webinars to improve creator engagement.
• Identify and manage incentive programs for top-performing creators.
• Partner with Marketing to showcase and promote creators across campaigns and social channels.
• Monitor creator churn, proactively identifying at-risk creators and developing retention strategies.
• Use data/analytics to segment creators and deliver tailored success strategies.

Must have Requirements

• Min 3+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or community growth.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator monetization models.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse creators.
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts like NFTs and tokens is an advantage.
• Experience working in a startup or 0-1 environment, building scalable processes from scratch.
• Comfortable using CRM, analytics, or creator management platforms to drive insights.
• Proven track record of helping creators grow revenue and engagement through structured programs.

Nice to have

• If you come from a digital or crypto native platforms with a good understanding of Talent Management in the creator space.
