Accountabilities:

Lead post-sales efforts across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewal for enterprise and mid-market clients
Partner with Account Managers to drive retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they reach their compliance goals efficiently and effectively
Develop deep product expertise and advise clients on using the platform for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and others
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure long-term satisfaction and advocacy
Conduct QBRs, executive summaries, and regular check-ins to monitor account health and success
Provide feedback to product and strategy teams, acting as the voice of the customer to improve offerings and outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve challenges and align on mutual goals

Requirements

6+ years of experience in a SaaS customer success role, ideally with exposure to the EMEA market
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives in a strategic advisory capacity
Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with a focus on customer retention and expansion
Clear and thoughtful communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high empathy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Familiarity with the security or compliance space is a strong plus
Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving retention targets and building healthy customer portfolios
Experience with delivering business reviews and translating customer feedback into actionable improvements
