About The Role

Reporting to: Stephanie Richardson, Senior Manager of Customer Success

Location: London Office (Hybrid 1-2 days/week)

Interviews: 3 stages, totalling around 2-2.5 hours over 2 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

About Your Team

Adthena is a customer-value oriented business. The Customer team in London consists of Account Management and Customer Success roles. We work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure client success and alignment across the company.

Responsibilities

  • During the first 30 days, learn about the product, the business, tools, and processes to set you up for success
  • After 60 days, arrange calls and in-person meetings with key stakeholders on a pre-assigned client list; manage up to 30 clients as appropriate
  • Drive engagement via monthly catch-ups and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Co-own client success plans, guiding milestones to achieve value and capturing outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor and deliver strategic insights and best practices
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product and management
  • After 90 days, conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders to foster client health and referable relationships
  • After 12 months, aim for 90%+ gross revenue retention and deliver value on current subscriptions with upsell opportunities
  • After 18 months, develop a proven track record as an Adthena CSM with potential for advancement

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years managing Google Ads/search accounts for clients
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and PPC, including the Search ecosystem
  • Experience in client-facing roles with stakeholder skills up to C-level
  • Strong analytical skills (Looker, Tableau or similar)
  • Customer-centric approach focused on delivering value

Desired Experience

  • SaaS, AdTech/MarTech, or Media Agency background
