About You
As a Customer Success Manager for Corporate Traveller, your purpose will be to drive customer profitability, retention, and growth. You will contribute new business and achieve maximum revenue for your team by ensuring the adaptation of Corporate Traveller across your portfolio of key clients.
A key focus of your role is showcasing the value of the brand to your clients by maintaining a close relationship with your key contacts, reviewing your client's business needs, and increasing and optimising the number of services provided to your customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer/Account management
- Ability to clearly articulate knowledge about products, services and value propositions to customers
