Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by aligning product features with client goals
- Lead onboarding and training sessions to maximize product adoption and engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights and qualified leads
- Promote product features and educational content via webinars, email campaigns, and check-ins
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
- Manage client success processes and coordinate enablement resources
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience incustomer success,account management, orclient services—preferably indigital media,education technology, orSaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual platforms like Zoom
