Job Description:
As part of our OCTO HPE team and working within our OpsRamp team, you will be a key driver in revolutionizing cloud computing through building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that supports a hybrid edge-to-cloud environment. Our platform helps enterprise IT teams and managed service providers control digital infrastructure, deliver solutions efficiently, and meet security and sustainability goals.
The Customer Success Architect is a technical champion responsible for driving product adoption and value realization with our customers. You will manage the technical health of a portfolio of enterprise clients, owning structured adoption strategies, outcomes, and growth initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Be a trusted partner for customers on use-cases and product functionalities.
- Lead the application of OpsRamp products to meet business outcomes, including solution design and overcoming technical challenges.
- Develop deep understanding of OpsRamp platform, architecture, and capabilities through training and hands-on experience.
- Maintain a current architecture for each customer based on initial implementation and ongoing health checks.
- Proactively resolve problems and serve as a source of technical information for customer feedback to product teams.
- Perform health checks and document client use cases, building best practice content.
- Establish technical authority with customer stakeholders and document best practices to support growth.
Candidate Characteristics:
- 8-10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, consulting, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong skills in problem management, architecture documentation, and customer expectation management.
- Empathy, organizational navigation skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in IT management fields, with 5+ years in senior customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect.
- Experience in Observability, Process Automation, Patching, or AIOps.
- Understanding of infrastructure management and modern architectures.
