Who we are
Kiplot enables large organizations to turn their strategies into reality.
The project portfolio management (PPM) market is already worth $4B and growing fast. But most solutions are legacy tools, over 20 years old. Kiplot is part of a new generation of enterprise software: beautiful, interactive, easy to use, and endlessly configurable – without needing technical support or consultants.
We are backed by a consortium of angel investors and are already profitable. Despite being a young start-up, Kiplot’s platform is already relied upon by some of the world’s biggest and best known financial services companies around the world (sorry, we can only name some of them publicly).
We are looking for fun, extremely smart and exceptionally driven people to join us as we transform ways of working in the enterprise organisations.
About the Role
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key part in the long term success of our clients, globally.
You will be instrumental in building long-lasting relationships with our customers and making them realise significant benefits from our software. You’ll work closely with other members of the Customer Success team to ensure customers get timely assistance, driving engagement and satisfaction across our user base. A significant part of your time will be spent working with our customer’s data, from global technology roadmaps for the worlds largest organizations to detailed financial plans delivering these strategies. Your work will be critical to the overall lifecycle of the customer journey.
You will be working in a fun and supportive team of creative, curious, hardworking, and driven people who genuinely care about making a difference for our customers.
A typical day will see you:
- Working alongside our Activation Leads to successfully onboard new customers, whilst developing your knowledge of best practises in large enterprise organizations.
- Being the go-to person who deeply understands our customer’s data and configuration needs, gaining a unique insight into the operations of the world’s largest organizations at the highest level.
- Designing & configuring key reports tailored to the needs of the customer – from high-level portfolio views to detailed status, financial, capacity and OKR reporting.
- Implementing processes to better track customer feedback and usage patterns amongst our customers and identify areas for improvement.
- Preparing, updating and delivering training to customers, including documentation, videos and live sessions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to solve customer problems.
About you
You have excellent attention to detail and easily switch between complex, highly specific tasks, taking pride in getting it right every time.
You’re a clear and confident communicator and are able to explain complex concepts simply.
You enjoy working in an environment that knows how to blend fun with hard work.
You’re confident working with data and love solving problems through analysis and critical thinking.
Skills and experience:
Must haves:
While there are some important foundations that will help you get started, this role is for ambitious people with an ambitious track record, who are keen to learn – we’ll teach you everything else you need!
- Some experience of project management.
- Ability to prioritise competing requests and manage expectations accordingly.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. Ideally you’ve used tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.
Optional bonus points:
- Undergraduate degree from a top university
- Experience working in a consulting environment of within project portfolio management (PMO)
- Experience interacting directly with large enterprise organizations
- Experience of work management tools like Jira
Not sure if you meet the requirements?
Studies by several different sources have shown that, on average, men will apply for a job if they meet 60% of the application requirements. By contrast, women/non-binary people will seek to match a much higher percentage of the requirements before applying.
At Kiplot we embrace diversity and are committed to equal opportunities. We are actively recruiting a diverse and inclusive team so we encourage everyone to apply and give us a chance to evaluate your skills and experience. We are all learning on the job, and although the requirements list above has been carefully compiled, we are also open-minded and interested to hear about the value you can bring to the role and to Kiplot.
Why Join Kiplot
We work hard to build an outcome-focused culture that welcomes and makes the most of different thinking styles while embracing work-life balance. We offer flexible working between home and the office. Teams choose their location based on a combination of preference and customer demands.
Our office in Old Street offers breakfast, endless coffee, tea, and fruit. There’s beer and pizza every Thursday—and it’s pet-friendly!
Our monthly socials are popular and have so far included virtual clay pigeon shooting, real-life Mario Kart, escape rooms, pizza making, and company-wide trips abroad including Tenerife and Lisbon.

- Hybrid-working (3 days a week in our Office in Old Street)
- 28 days annual holiday
- Private health insurance
- Top-end computer
