About the role

Do you have a solid grounding in accountancy principles, ideally with an AAT qualification? Are you technically proficient and possess excellent customer-facing skills? If so, this newly created position covering the Scotland region offers a great opportunity. The role is home-based with travel to meet clients (own vehicle required, travel expenses paid). There are two roles available: one for Scotland and another for Southeast/South Coast (England).

Skills and experience required:

• Accounting knowledge, ideally with AAT qualification
• Excellent communication skills for remote and face-to-face interactions
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn/support accounting and payroll software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings
• Interest or experience in AgriTech/Agriculture (a bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Providing training and support on accounting and payroll systems
• Ensuring clients maximize the software features for their needs
• Offering bespoke consultancy for software integration
• Gathering customer feedback to improve products and services
