Customer Success Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (plus 2–4 weekend days per year)

We’re hiring multiple Customer Success Specialists to join a growing team at a high-performing travel tech company. Their platform helps short-term rental hosts maximise bookings by connecting and managing listings across major sites like Airbnb and Booking.com. Your role is to ensure those hosts succeed.

This is not a sales or call centre job. It’s a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll guide hosts, improve performance, and solve real problems using smart tools and data insights.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to hosts, helping them navigate the platform and improve performance
• Analyse booking and listing data to identify opportunities
• Offer guidance on best practices to increase visibility and drive bookings
• Work with support, product, and marketing teams to improve the host experience

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience in tech or travel — but you do need strong customer instincts, a proactive approach, and confidence in a fast-moving environment.

This role could suit people from backgrounds such as:

• Customer success, support or customer service (especially in high-volume or KPI-driven environments)
• Hospitality, front office, or travel agencies
• Sales, account management, or recruitment
• Client onboarding, platform support, or community engagement

We’re looking for individuals who are adaptable, people-focused, and genuinely motivated to help customers succeed.
