Job Description
The Supplier Support Associate will assist the Supplier Support team in obtaining declarations and information from non-responsive suppliers in our client’s supply chains. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with suppliers via email, phone, and conference calls to gather compliance information and assist with requests;
- Working directly with top-tier suppliers to support their response to compliance requests;
- Handling inbound calls to troubleshoot and guide suppliers through compliance processes;
- Engaging outbound with unresponsive suppliers through calls, education, and webinars;
- Providing language support in English, Italian, and Portuguese for translations, webinars, and sales calls;
- Collaborating with the Program Success team on strategies for new customers, campaigns, and supplier issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian, and Portuguese;
- Relevant work experience in administration, reporting, research, data, support, or call centers;
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Applications;
- Self-motivated with adherence to deadlines.
