We’re looking for Customer Support Centre Advisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact. You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-disciplined team where customer focus drives our performance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service across all service areas and access channels.
- Resolve routine enquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Take ownership of customer interactions, especially in emotive situations, empowering and influencing customers toward positive outcomes.
- Experience in inbound/outbound contact centre environments or similar customer-facing roles.
- Confidence in handling challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent competency gained through work experience and learning.
