You will be the voice of JustGiving, helping those who need it, when they need it; ensuring our customers are happy and successful in supporting the causes they care about. You’re a natural problem solver who is calm in the face of pressure, and you take real pride in representing what we do.**What you'll be doing*** Providing front-line support for JustGiving charities, companies, fundraisers, crowdfunders and donors* Working across all our channels (i.e. email, chat and - if the occasion arises, over the phone and in person too)* Escalating bugs and fixes through the appropriate channels to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible* Listening out for inspiring customer stories and circulating them to the wider business - this helps everyone stay focused on the voice of the customer* Handling difficult customer queries sensitively and confidently**What you’ll bring*** Previous experience within Customer Support isn’t necessary but we are open to it* You will be extremely attentive, organised, caring and motivated* Great listener and confident communicator* Problem solver who is keen to get to the heart of the issue* You are able to thrive under pressure* PASSION FOR DOING GOOD!
