Important Note: This role is based in Coventry. You will be required to travel to Slough as needed, varying week to week. The position is 4 days onsite during the training period, then transitions to 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

Salary: up to £24,000 per annum

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join a busy and customer-focused support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing queries throughout the life of their vehicle contract and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional telephone and written support service, meeting departmental service levels.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions within business processes.

• Manage all customer queries via an in-house contract management system — including financial modifications, mileage changes, and early terminations.

• Oversee end-of-contract processes and identify opportunities for renewals or extensions.

• Support a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by encouraging feedback and acting on it.

• Stay up to date with product, compliance, and regulatory knowledge to act as a subject matter expert.

• Identify process improvements and make recommendations to improve service quality and team efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, dealers, and broker networks to optimise business outcomes.

• Spot opportunities for upselling additional products or services.

• Provide cross-cover within the team and undertake ad hoc duties when required.

What We’re Looking For

Desirable: Familiarity with vehicle leasing or contract hire products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach.

• Numerate and analytical with the ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to use own initiative while contributing to a team.

• Basic Excel skills preferred.

• Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
