The Role

A key strategic ambition is the delivery of a digitally enabled underwriting solution within Cyber. The digital product requires ongoing maintenance and development which needs to be closely managed from within the Underwriting team, but with a technical and project management focused skillset that allows for effective collaboration with our IT, Operations, Data, Procurement teams etc.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the alignment of all operational aspects to deliver a high quality product to market, coordinating efforts between all internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth delivery of underwriting capability to distribution partners and supporting their engagement at every step of the way.

Responsibilities will include:

Skills and experience:

Relevant experience in the management and delivery of digital underwriting products, or adjacent experience in delegated management functions, offering direction to Coverholders with respect to regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.

A sound technical knowledge and keen eye for detail with respect to operational efficiencies and ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders will be required from the successful candidate.

Underwriting experience is desirable, but not essential, as sufficient support will be given to the role to develop underwriting, business development and product management skills.
