Overview

We’re supporting a leading Big 4 Consulting Firm in hiring experienced professionals to join their Cyber Strategy & Transformation team at Manager level. This team works across sectors to design and deliver business-aligned cyber strategies, transformation programmes, and governance models that enable resilience and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver cyber security strategies for large organisations across public and private sector
• Lead transformation programmes to improve clients’ cyber maturity and manage digital risk
• Advise on cyber governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g. NIST, ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR)
• Shape client roadmaps and maturity assessments aligned with security and business goals
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders – from engineers to board members

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in cyber strategy, risk management, or cyber transformation
• Hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, NCSC CAF, CRI2.0
• Experience in delivering cyber security change in large, complex environments
• Excellent communication and consulting skills – able to manage clients and lead delivery teams
• UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship (security clearance eligibility a bonus)
