We are growing quickly, and joining CyPro will allow you to become an integral part of our mission and team of industry experts.The RoleYou will be in a dynamic, client-facing team, delivering the security needs of high-growth clients through our consultancy and managed services offerings. You’ll work with a skilled CyPro team, including a CISO, SOC Manager, Security Architects, Penetration Testers, and Cloud Security Specialists.As a Senior Consultant, your role will be diverse, spanning four key areas: client delivery, practice development, people management and business development.Client DeliveryAt least three to four years working within cyber security, ideally with experience in a consulting capacity, at an MSSP or in-house within industry.Proven ability to deliver high quality security projects, and coordinate with stakeholders, including client senior management and technical teams.Deliver high quality work, acting as a team expert in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). This includes: preparing and delivering monthly executive and operational governance meetings; identifying and recording cyber risks, defining appropriate remedial actions; leading operational delivery for client certification audits (e.g., ISO 27001, CE+ and SOC2); supporting our Security Operations Centre during incident response; raising cybersecurity awareness through bulletins, blogs, phishing simulations and tabletop exercises; coordinating penetration tests; leading responses to third-party due diligence questionnaires and assessing new vendors.Maintaining professional accreditations to stay marketable and credible to clients; typically at least 2 professional accreditations (e.g., ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CC). Practice DevelopmentRegularly support the improvement of internal operations under direction from a Manager or above.Drive forward activities to improve operations, such as designing and implementing new business processes, adopting automation and AI to speed up client delivery (securely and controlled), and maintaining a bank of client deliverable templates and assets.People ManagementWhile no formal line management responsibilities as yet, demonstrate examples of mentoring/leading Consultants and Analysts.Act as a role model of professionalism for junior team members; ensure mandatory training is completed on time, timesheets are up-to-date, and onboarding for new graduates is supported.Business DevelopmentSupport winning new work by drafting proposals and bids, contributing to discovery call minutes, enabling/outbound business development processes, and contributing to thought leadership through cyber security blogs.Contribute to the CyPro external brand, including writing cyber security service pages for the CyPro website.Soft SkillsKey soft skills include: effective delivery (ability to make things happen), accountability with humility, and polished client deliverables with autonomy.Hiring ProcessRapid two-stage process (8-10 days):Initial Interview – 20-minute Teams call with a CyPro Manager and Analyst.Final Stage Assessment Centre – 2 hours at the Canary Wharf office to test practical skills and final interview with a CyPro Partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
