Responsibilities
- Lead technical service reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap sessions
- Provide guidance on MSS and XDR optimisation, configuration, and performance
- Act as the technical voice of the customer and manage complex escalations
- Analyse service data to provide clear insights and recommendations
- Support renewal and upsell efforts with technical insight and evidence
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Skills/Must have
- 5+ years\' experience in technical service delivery, SOC, or cybersecurity operations
- Strong knowledge of MSS, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and incident response workflows
- Experience managing complex client environments and technical escalations
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for all audiences
- Proven track record of building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
