The team is hiring a Cyber Security Technical Account Manager to build and strengthen client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of tailored security solutions. This role involves acting as the key liaison between technical teams and enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance, managing expectations, and driving alignment between business goals and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical service reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap sessions
  • Provide guidance on MSS and XDR optimisation, configuration, and performance
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer and manage complex escalations
  • Analyse service data to provide clear insights and recommendations
  • Support renewal and upsell efforts with technical insight and evidence
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives

Skills/Must have

  • 5+ years\' experience in technical service delivery, SOC, or cybersecurity operations
  • Strong knowledge of MSS, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and incident response workflows
  • Experience managing complex client environments and technical escalations
  • Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for all audiences
  • Proven track record of building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary

  • £50,000 - £60,000 base salary per annum
