Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an established,modern international client, based in central Nottingham with hybrid working available. They are looking for Multilingual customer service advisor to join the team.

The successful candidate will be a bright, tenacious, and hardworking all-rounder, withexperienceina busyhands-on role withgood organisational skills.

In return our client is offering a competitive salary of c£25,000 and a fantastic benefit package including healthcare, free parking, public transport passes, casual dress and Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

• Review and provide information on the account
• Keep customer files up to date
• Contact customers who have sent in email requests
• Issue customers with credit notes
• Check and update stock levels of itinerary

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Czech or Slovakian
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Technical within Microsoft suites
