About the role
We are seeking a skilled Business Central Consultant with expertise in LS Retail to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, specifically within retail environments. You will collaborate with clients to enhance Point of Sale (POS), in-store processes, warehouse operations, finance, and eCommerce, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Business Central implementations with LS Retail, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
• Design and configure POS systems, in-store workflows, and integration with back-office processes.
• Optimise warehouse management, inventory tracking, and logistics within Business Central.
• Provide financial consulting, including accounting, reporting, and transaction reconciliation.
• Implement and support eCommerce integrations for omnichannel retail experiences.
• Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
• Develop and deliver user training and ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with developers to customise LS Retail extensions within Business Central.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Support data integrity and replication efforts for smooth business operations

What will you bring?

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC): Expertise in implementing, configuring, and customising BC to meet business requirements, particularly in retail environments.
• Experience with LS Retail Solutions: Strong understanding of LS Retail modules (POS, inventory, supply chain, and financials) and their integration with BC for seamless retail operations.
• Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse and map retail business processes, providing tailored BC and LS Retail solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client-facing experience: Proven experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, deliver workshops, and provide ongoing support and training for BC and LS Retail solutions.
• Project Management & Implementation: Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end implementation of BC and LS Retail, including data migration, testing, and user training.
