D365 CE Product Specialist – Job Description

Our client is seeking a D365 CE Product Specialist to work closely with teams across the business to help maximise the capability of the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to help drive the success of the CRM improvements.
• Assess business requirements to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.
• Support colleagues by coaching and developing their skills in Dynamics 365, fostering internal capability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong product knowledge with hands-on experience on D365 CE & Power Platform.
• Proven ability integrating D365 with other applications.
• Understanding of core Dynamics modules, particularly Customer Service.
