D365 Finance SystemsLead (London / Hybrid - £65,000 to £75,000)

Our client is currently seeking a D365 Finance Systems Lead to join its international finance team. The role focuses on enhancing financial systems and processes, with a particular emphasis on Dynamics 365 Finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing D365 accounting processes, identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Document processes, controls, and roles; prepare clear end-user and support documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise in D365 Finance, resolve issues, and support users.
• Lead solution testing, user acceptance, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 Finance configuration, customisation, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes.
• Experience automating finance processes and aligning with D365 best practices.
• Solid financial knowledge; accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
