Overview

Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 F&O

A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking a Solution Architect to spearhead their Dynamics 365 F&O practice across the UK and Europe.

This is a senior leadership position where you’ll take ownership of complex delivery programmes, drive architectural strategy, and play a key role in scaling both capability and headcount. You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and a strong delivery team to ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead solution architecture across major D365 F&O programmes
• Shape and implement best practice architecture standards
• Provide strategic input to delivery across UK & EU projects
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure programme success
• Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing consulting team

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Solution Architect within D365 F&O
• Deep knowledge of finance, supply chain, and core F&O modules
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-stream programmes
• UK-based, with flexibility for occasional travel
