Join a multi-year global transformation program harmonisingenterprise ERP systems across regions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This initiative is redefining business operations and creating a standardised, scalable ERP platform to support future growth.

Responsibilities

• Design customer-centric, standardisedsolutions with minimal customisation's.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and recommend technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail.
• Ensure end-to-end solution consistency across D365 and connected systems (POS, WMS, EDI).
• Lead Proof of Concepts, estimations, and integration planning.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality deployment.
• Maintain architecture documentation aligned with global enterprise standards.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and BAU operations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O architectures.
• Strong experience with integration tools: Dual Write, DMF, AIF, custom integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure, Power Platform, DevOps.
• Strong client engagement skills and experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical proficiency in X++, C#, SQL, and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF) and relevant D365 F&O certifications.
