Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Commerce Consultant, you\'ll be a key leader in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain for a large retail client. You\'ll work closely with various teams, acting as a subject matter expert and primary decision-maker on solution approaches.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.
- Translating complex business requirements from various teams, including Merchandising, Finance, and Buying, into effective system configurations.
- Configuring and supporting key D365 Supply Chain modules, with a focus onMRP (Material Requirements Planning), intercompany processes, global inventory management, and integrations with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms.
- Providing functional support throughout all project phases, from testing and go-live to post-implementation reviews.
- Delivering training and documentation to end users and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics consultant.
- Proven expertise in a retail environment, ideally with large, multi-site retailers that operate globally and online.
- Strong hands-on experience withMRP planning and configuration.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain planning, includingdemand forecasting and replenishment logic.
- Experience in configuring and implementing theD365FO Supply Chain module.
- Involvement in at least2-3 full lifecycle implementations of D365FO or AX, with a strong focus on supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across different teams.
