You’ll lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets high standards. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their finance operations and realise long-term value. You’ll also coach consultants, contribute to best practices, and help the firm grow. You will work across industries, collaborate with talented colleagues, and have space to shape your career toward thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.Travel and Hybrid WorkingWe offer flexibility to balance work and life, with options to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. Onsite consultancy can be arranged as required; travel and overnight stays depend on project needs. Onsite time is planned in advance in 2-week blocks.
