D365 Support Analyst

D365 Support Analyst | Salary up to £40K | Fully Remote but with UK site travel weekly

We\'re hiring a D365 Support Analyst to deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). You\'ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, support new user onboarding, and contribute more widely with migration activity.

This is a remote UK-based role, with regular site visits (fully expensed) and plenty of opportunity to grow your expertise in a purpose-driven D365 team and tech-forward organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide responsive D365 1st and 2nd line support to end users
  • Resolve access, config, data and workflow issues
  • Manage tickets through to resolution
  • Support D365 migrations and user adoption
  • Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Scope to get involved with Power Platform activities (Apps / Flows / Automation)

What You’ll Need

  • Prior D365 experience in a support setting. Super User or Junior Product Specialist / Functional Consultant also considered. Exposure to the CE modules will be essential (Customer Service / Sales / Field Service)
  • Confident troubleshooting and clear communication skills
  • Advantageous would be some Microsoft certifications, exposure to Power Platform or Azure
  • Friendly, organised, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Able to cope in a fast-paced setting
