About the Role

As the Data Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for CRM systems and data integrity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems run smoothly, data remains clean and consistent, and processes are automated for efficiency. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on CRM management, reporting, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM platforms, integrations, and user support. Ensure seamless data flow between systems like Bullhorn, HubSpot, and internal platforms.
• Conduct audits, cleanse data, and maintain high standards of accuracy across systems.
• Design and implement scalable workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Bullhorn Automation.
• Deliver weekly KPI reports and ad-hoc dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Support CRM-to-website integrations, troubleshoot issues, and improve candidate data flows.
• Lead CRM transition initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and system optimisation.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience with Bullhorn and HubSpot CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel.
• Expertise in workflow automation and using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data and system management.
