Location: This is a remote-first role, but if you're based in the South East and prefer a hybrid setup, we’re happy to accommodate.
Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our innovative Supply Chain team — someone who excels at turning data into actionable insights and driving transformation. This role involves leveraging data and automation to improve processes and decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Automate & Optimize: Design and implement process improvements using Power Automate, SQL, and RPA tools to increase efficiency.
- Deliver High-Impact Projects: Lead data-driven initiatives aligned with operational and strategic goals in the supply chain.
- Drive Advanced Analytics: Incorporate modern analytics, including AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Map & Document Workflows: Use tools like Visio to document data processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Champion Data Governance: Develop scalable, accurate, and compliant data models following enterprise standards.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to influence outcomes and solve problems.
- Own Agile Workflow Management: Manage requests using JIRA and Azure DevOps, ensuring clarity and timely delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
- Advanced SQL and Power BI skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric)
- Track record of automation or process improvement projects
- Knowledge of agentic AI or generative AI
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
- Proficiency in Visio or similar tools
- Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps
Nice-to-Haves:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
- Experience with Azure data environments
- Programming skills in Python or R
