About Goat:
Goat is part of WPP Media (formerly GroupM), the world’s leading media investment company. Since 2015, we've been pioneers in influencer marketing, helping brands leverage the power of social media to achieve real, measurable results. Today, we stand as the global leader in the space, delivering award-winning campaigns across 70+ countries.
As part of our team, you'll collaborate with 500+ social natives worldwide, driving cutting-edge influencer campaigns for some of the most exciting brands. Whether it’s short-term activations or long-term ambassador programs, we treat influencer marketing as a full-funnel channel that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Extracting, cleaning and analysing large-scale social media datasets to uncover patterns, trends and actionable insights that inform campaign planning and decision-making.
- Working cross-functionally with campaign managers, strategists and creative teams to embed data-driven thinking throughout campaign execution.
- Working with the Campaign Data team to ensure accurate data capture, storage and retrieval, while supporting the evaluation and implementation of tools to improve data workflows.
- Communicating complex data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal stakeholders and clients.
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance, using data to assess effectiveness and recommend opportunities for ongoing optimisation.
- Producing clear, insightful reports and dashboards highlighting key trends, performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Supporting audience development and strategic planning from a data-first perspective, using segmentation and behavioural analysis.
Required experience to apply:
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social media, with an analytical mindset and a focus on performance.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and translating findings into meaningful insights that inform strategy.
