This is a 12 month contract, hybrid working model – 3 days a week in London, paying £25p/h PAYE

Be a part of a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of AI. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers to develop and implement evaluation protocols, analyze model performance, and identify areas for improvement. Your expertise will be essential in driving the next generation of content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement human rating and semi-automatic model evaluation protocols.
  • Conduct in-house human rating on generated content for critical and complex protocols.
  • Partner with engineers to pinpoint and summarize model gaps based on evaluations.
  • Identify and gather data required to address model deficiencies and prepare training data for subsequent model training iterations.
  • Work with teams to scale validated evaluation protocols, including coordination and auditing.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an aptitude for experimental investigations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Foundational knowledge of Python, Unix, and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of computer vision and generative models.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior industrial experience in software development and testing.
  • Research experience in human-computer interaction.
