Manages roadmaps, prioritizes high-value projects, and designs training and adoption strategies to ensure implementation of data initiatives and continued growth of data talent. Recommends solutions and leads efforts to collect, analyze, interpret and present data to derive actionable insights. Understands the various data analysis tools to create evidence-based recommendations and the ability to tell the story through visualization design. Partners with the business to develop in-depth domain expertise, to design and define solutions spanning from data analysis to data strategy and literacy, considering people, process, technology and data dimensions. Generally focused on efforts that span multiple capabilities and functions, and of moderate to significant scope and complexity, usually with multiple stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Establishes strong partnerships with business units to build subject matter expertise on data and insights needed to support business outcomes. Partners with data & technology teams to support delivery of outcomes.
Demonstrates strong ability to independently collect, analyze, and interpret data, and understand the database architecture to derive actionable insights by using the right source of data. Propose solutions for business problems of moderate to significant scope and complexity.
Displays comprehensive understanding of the strategic role of data-related competencies in driving the stakeholders' mission forward. This includes managing roadmaps, prioritizing high-value projects, and designing training and adoption strategies to ensure the successful implementation of data initiatives and the growth of data talent within the stakeholder group.
Understands business drivers, and with support, assesses risks and incorporates future state needs into potential solutions. Leads data teams and stakeholders to execute on strategic data priorities.
Demonstrates responsiveness, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of initiative. Effectively manages self and supervises less experienced team members, ensuring that project-related commitments are met. Shows dedication to achieving results and continuously seeks ways to improve performance and efficiency.
Actively promotes intra-team involvement and co-operation and looks for integrated solutions, encouraging the sharing of ideas, information, and knowledge to achieve common goals. Collaborates and partners with more senior associates (or leadership) to propose delivery approaches and makes contributions with confidence and conviction.

You have a proven track record delivering solutions in Business Intelligence Solutions in a complex organization.
You have an understanding of investment management domains
You can leverage Data Enablement tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Data Bricks etc.)
Expertise in Reporting and Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
You are a fast learner and thrive when dealing with ambiguity.
You have an ability to translate vision into product scope by planning, prioritizing, coordinating and overseeing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You’re a generous collaborator and you’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
Experience working with AI (Machine Learning, Gen AI, LLM etc.) a plus.
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
