Are you passionate about transforming learning into real-world impact? Do you thrive at the intersection of education, innovation, and strategy?
Our client is looking for a visionary Curriculum & Product Manager to shape the future of their apprenticeship programmes. In this high-impact role, you won't just oversee curriculum — you'll redefine what great looks like. You’ll lead in designing and evolving programmes that are not only compliant and cost-effective, but also inspiring, employer-driven, and commercially powerful. Your work will directly influence how the client prepares learners for success in a fast-changing world and how they empower sales and delivery teams to bring the curriculum to life.
As the strategic mind behind their curriculum roadmap, you'll bridge the gap between educational best practices and business outcomes—elevating the learner experience, fueling growth, and ensuring programmes remain ahead of the curve in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Curriculum Quality & Relevance
- Conduct bi-annual audits of all apprenticeship standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to content, assessment methods, and learner engagement.
- Benchmark curriculum against sector trends and best practices.
- Market Alignment & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure curriculum aligns with employer needs and helps drive programme sales.
- Produce curriculum summaries and sales enablement materials.
- Participate in employer conversations to validate programme fit and address common objections.
- Curriculum Roadmapping
- Develop and maintain a 12-18 month strategic roadmap for curriculum launches, updates, and refreshes.
- Share and review roadmap quarterly with senior leadership and delivery teams.
- Learner Engagement & Outcomes
- Work with delivery teams to embed inclusive design, digital learning tools, and active learning techniques.
- Monitor learner feedback and satisfaction data to guide improvements.
- Reduce withdrawal rates and improve overall learner outcomes.
- Cost-Effective Delivery
- Evaluate delivery models and identify opportunities to reduce costs and scale efficiently.
- Promote modularisation, shared resources, and digital-first formats.
- Partner with Finance to model cost impacts and align delivery with funding bands.
- Data-Informed Iteration
- Establish quarterly curriculum performance reviews using EPA, progression, and satisfaction data.
- Address underperforming modules and implement changes within an academic term.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure curriculum meets all relevant standards, including Ofsted EIF, ESFA funding rules, and awarding body guidelines.
- Conduct quarterly documentation reviews and prepare for inspections/audits.
- Employer & Learner Voice
- Lead structured feedback loops including surveys, panels, and consultation sessions.
- Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and strengthen curriculum relevance.
- Internal Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop training materials, guides, and curriculum briefings for Sales and Delivery teams.
- Deliver termly sessions to ensure staff understand curriculum content and value.
- Support team confidence and retention through upskilling initiatives.
Benefits
Our client is passionate about you, your well-being, your performance, your development, and your overall experience. Benefits include:
- Fantastic progression opportunities
- Full training and ongoing support from our in-house enablement team
- Fun environment with exciting social events
- Early finish every Friday from July 2025, 1pm
