Overview

A growing wealth manager is seeking an experienced Data and Power BI Consultant to support the advancement of its data analytics capability. This role focuses on delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions, supporting the development of the data warehouse, and enhancing reporting standards across key business areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power BI development and contribute to data strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver scalable reporting tools.
• Mentor team members and support the wider business in making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Solutions and Data Analytics and the Data Analytics Supervisor.
• Deliver high-quality BI solutions and support the data warehouse development and reporting standards.
• Work in a hybrid model: three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business intelligence and data warehousing within financial services
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling
• Strong SQL and data transformation capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM, portfolio management and risk monitoring systems
• Understanding of financial services regulatory and data compliance standards
• Knowledge of PowerApps and cloud-based data platforms is advantageous
• Prior experience in private wealth or investment management environments is preferred
