Who You Are
To be eligible for this EDF graduate programme, you need to have achieved, or be expecting to achieve, a bachelor’s degree (2:2 or higher) in any field of study. STEM or highly numerate degrees are preferred but we welcome applications from all disciplines – your attitude and ambition are what count.
At EDF we work hard to maintain a culture where Everyone’s Welcome. We encourage and embrace diversity and how it can improve our experience and performance at work. It is nevertheless a requirement that those who join us have the right to work in the UK. Whilst sponsorship may be a possibility, we reserve the right in our decisions to give priority to those who already have the right to work in the UK.
Pay, Benefits and Culture
Alongside a starting salary of £35,000 per annum, potential for an annual bonus, and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.
At EDF, we believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed. That’s why we offer you the freedom to develop a career that’s unique to you. Here, Success is Personal – it’s your journey, powered by us. As a Disability Confident employer, we will support applicants requiring adjustments.
Working as part of a team is an important part of who we are, and something we take great pride in. In 2025, our Customers business was named one of the Sunday Times Best Place to Work. This recognition celebrates our commitment to a positive, inclusive culture where people feel empowered, supported and valued. It highlights the way we collaborate, support each other and that our people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We anticipate significant interest in this graduate programme – so please don’t delay, apply today!
Our Virtual Assessment Centre will take place on either Wednesday 3rd or Thursday 4th December 2025.
