University of Sussex has an exciting strategy over the next decade, and this is your opportunity to help shape and deliver a new data-focused future for our researchers, students and staff. As a Data Architect you will be working across our project portfolios and initiatives to help people structure and use data more effectively, unlocking the value in the data to benefit the organisation. You will work with data models and mappings, standards and products, build on plans to advance our data-related, reporting and analytic technologies, including use of AI, and provide lead support in projects around data migration and integration efforts. You will be working with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, IT Services colleagues and across the wider University, including stakeholders at a variety of levels. There will also be opportunities to be involved in the development of data-related initiatives aligned with the Sussex 2035 strategy.
