We are recruiting for an individual to support the Senior Data Insights and Systems Manager to develop and maintain the reporting process within commercial property and support the commercial land acquisition team.

The individual will contribute to the creation and maintenance of the property acquisition tracker and reporting on the metrics as agreed by the acquisition team, ensuring data accuracy to enable interfaces between the property management system and key databases.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the administration of the Property Acquisition Database, inputting and processing data, data governance, management of the data collection, and implementation of the required systems.
• Supporting the audit of the Acquisition process and ensuring up-to-date documentation is available on SharePoint for the team.
• Enabling accurate KPI and geographic reporting, reviewing specific data points to identify and enable future enhancements of the database and other internal systems.
• This role requires experience in data management and someone proactive with a meticulous eye for detail who can handle significant amounts of information and has an interest in new technologies. Most of all, it requires someone with an interest in property and/or a passion for airports.
