Your background should include hands-on involvement in process transformation initiatives—ideally within financial services or insurance—where your analytical acumen has enabled you to turn raw data into meaningful business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare insightful reports that drive informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Identify areas for improvement and support process change initiatives in regulated environments.
- Ensure activities align with regulatory standards and good governance practices within insurance or financial services sectors (where applicable).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement or change management within complex or regulated environments such as financial services or insurance markets.
- Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate large datasets using tools like Microsoft Excel or similar platforms for generating actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities that allow you to convey complex concepts diplomatically across various stakeholder groups including senior leadership.
- High level of IT literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) essential for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Experience working collaboratively within teams as well as independently; adept at building relationships that facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations regarding good governance practices within insurance or financial services sectors is desirable but not essential.
