Data Business Transformation Consultant – Defence Sector

A great opportunity for a talented Data SME, with a track record of delivering Data Transformation to the Defence environments. The role is hybrid with a mix of WFH and client site.

As a Data Business Transformation Consultant, you will be passionate about turning data into real business value. You will be a trusted advisor (Data SME) who can guide Defence clients through large data transformations.

In this DATA SME (Data Transformation Consultant) role, you will be:

• Identify and secure new data transformation opportunities across the Defence and Aerospace sectors
• Partner with clients to shape their transformation journey from strategy to execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects that drive operational impact and measurable results
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest standards
• Represent the business at industry events and play a key role in growing the reputation as a leader in data-led transformation
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting growth and delivery excellence

To secure this Data SME role, you will have:

• A proven track record in data-driven transformations within the Defence arena
• Led large-scale IT transformation programs from inception to completion
• Strong technical knowledge covering Data-driven transformations, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Chain Control Towers, and related technologies
• Experience in growing a Defence consulting arm, with skills in identifying, developing, and winning new Data transformation opportunities in the Defence sector
• Solid understanding of the Defence, National Security, or Aerospace sector
• Active high-level security clearance (DV)
