Role Purpose

Support the Underwriting and Operations divisions through administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Enter risk and policy data into the Underwriting systems within the defined Service Level Agreements.
• Respond to risk and policy queries promptly through appropriate channels.
• Complete tasks for month-end close accurately and on time.
• Attend hybrid team meetings.
• File documentation in the document management system as per Class of Business.
• Ensure Underwriting files are complete and accurate.
• Follow up on outstanding items from the underwriting team.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• Report any suspicion of financial crime immediately to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Operate within the standards for Treating Customers Fairly.
• Manage conflicts of interest to maintain the company's integrity.
• Notify Compliance of any complaints promptly.

Experience

Previous data capture and administrative experience with strong numerical and Excel skills.
