Job Title: Data Centre Shift Lead

Type: Permanent

Salary: up to £61K per annum

Location: Hayes

Our client, a global leader in real estate and facilities management, is looking for a Data Centre Shift Lead to join their team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee electrical systems, complete PPM and reactive maintenance, supervise subcontractors, and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient data centre environment. You’ll also support the management team in delivering top-notch, customer-focused service.

What you’ll need

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• City & Guilds 2391 & 2395
• Critical environment experience
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Mechanical knowledge or qualifications

Desirable: Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH), AP15/14 HV/LV experience, City & Guilds 2377
