RS Group is looking for a passionate and strategic Data Governance Ownership Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. As part of our ambitious three-year transformation programme, we're building a solid data foundation, enhancing operational efficiency, and unlocking value through data-led initiatives. At the core of this transformation is Data Ownership-one of our top strategic priorities.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of the Group Data team, where you'll lead the charge in embedding a culture of data ownership, accountability, and governance across our global organisation. You'll collaborate closely with Domain Data Owners, Business System Owners, and cross-functional partners to design and implement a robust Data Ownership Framework.

What You'll Be Doing
About YouRS is looking for a visionary and hands-on Data Governance leader-someone who can define and roll out scalable frameworks, engage business and IT stakeholders, and ensure our data is consistently discoverable, trustworthy, and well-managed. You'll help us turn good data into great outcomes, delivering long-term value and measurable business impact.
