Overview

Our client are a leading specialist solutions provider. They work primarily with large customers in the Financial sector. They have a key role for an experienced Data Migrations Developer. In this exciting role, the initial focus will be working on a large project to migrate a global client base from multiple legacy applications into a single global Azure SaaS product. You will be expected to use your technical experience in designing a migration solution with the rest of the team which will allow migrations to be run efficiently and at high volume.

Location & Package

Northern ireland, Hybrid working model | up to £55K

Key Responsibilities

• Development of data migrations solutions.
• Requirements gathering and analysis with customers and internal stakeholders.
• QA testing of the application before customer UAT.
• Production of any required metrics for customer acceptance and migration process management.
• Planning and executing production migration cutovers.

Work Experience

• Circa 5 years experience working within a SQL Developer role or similar
• Experience planning and working on ETL Data Migrations
• Experience working in Azure SQL environments
