About the Role

We are looking for aData Platform & Operations Engineerto ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise data platforms. Working with theData Platform & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing cloud-based data infrastructure, implementing automation, and optimizing performance to support a scalable and resilient data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance thereliability and performanceof cloud-based data platforms.
• Implementautomationfor infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate withdata engineering teamsto optimize data pipelines and platform performance.
• Ensure robustobservabilitythrough logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions.
• Manageaccess controls, security configurations, and compliancewithin the data platform.
• Analyzesystem metricsto drive platform improvements and implement optimizations.
• Stay up to date with emergingtechnologies and standard methodologiesto enhance our data stack.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experiencemanaging and optimizing data platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience withdbt, Snowflake, and Python.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt tonew technologies.
• Expertise inInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)and CI/CD standard processes.
• Familiarity withmonitoring and observability tools(Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
• Knowledge ofdatabase performance tuninganddata pipeline optimization.
• Ability tocollaborate multi-functionally.
