OverviewData Privacy and Commercial Lawyer role at Immediate. Part-time, 25 hours per week over 5 days. Our culture aims to inspire, fuel, encourage and educate audiences.About the roleThis role sits within Immediate's legal team. You will bring expertise on data privacy, advising the Legal team and the broader business on data privacy matters across operational systems and commercial work. You will manage and maintain our Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and ensure impact assessments are performed and recorded. You will advise on contractual data privacy matters and act as the data privacy subject matter expert within the Legal team, collaborating with experienced colleagues.You will also work on commercial matters across Immediate’s media business, engaging with audiences who use our digital, video, audio and print content.You will work in our Hammersmith office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (anchor days). The role covers five weekdays with five hours per day within core hours (9.30am–5.30pm).
