Help Us Make Data Work for Everyone
At Trivallis, we believe data should be accurate, accessible, and meaningful, because good data helps us provide better homes, services, and support to the 25,000 people we serve across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay.
As a Data Quality Officer, you’ll play a key role in our Transformation team, working with colleagues across the business to make sure the data we use every day is clean, consistent, and useful. From improving internal processes to supporting critical data returns, your work will help ensure our services are built on trusted, high-quality information.
If you want to use your skills to drive meaningful change and you care about getting the details right, this could be the role for you.
About You
You take pride in getting the detail right. With a background in data management and experience in tools like SQL, Power BI, SSRS or SSIS, you're confident working with systems and passionate about improving how data is used across an organisation.
You’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping others understand data, and you’re comfortable advising teams on how to improve processes and reporting. Analytical, methodical, and solution-focused, you enjoy turning messy data into something powerful, and you’re driven by a desire to make things better for colleagues and customers alike.
We are a community mutual housing association which is owned by our tenants, rooted in our local communities, and working through collaboration and partnership. Joining us means becoming part of a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking team. We value our people and are committed to helping you develop your skills and achieve your goals. You will benefit from:
- A generous 30-day annual leave entitlement
- Generous Local Government Pension scheme
- Flexible/Hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days at home
- Cash back plan for you and your family
- Active Wellbeing support groups across the business
- Learning and development programme where we invest in your personal development
- Opportunity to be involved in facilitating the diversity and inclusivity across Trivallis
We support flexible working and job share arrangements and are happy to discuss how we can make this role work for you.
