**Key Responsibilities** Utilizes effective project planning techniques to break down moderately complex measurement, statistical, and machine learning projects into tasks and ensure deadlines are kept **Essential Skills:** A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience applying causal inference methodologies (A/B testing, experimental design, quasi‐causal approaches, propensity score matching/weighting)Experience in statistical and machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation, feature engineering, and supervised/unsupervised learning principlesProficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, data manipulation, and model development.**Desirable Skills:** Experience with dashboards or visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Familiarity with software engineering best practices (version control, code review, testing frameworks).
