About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize Gen AI pipelines in AWS for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Rapidly onboard and enhance existing infrastructure and workflows.
• Drive improvements in current models and pipelines.
• Manage production-grade Gen AI applications with a focus on robustness and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality insights and outputs.

Platform Focus Areas

1. ETL & Vision Models

• Set up and fine-tune vision models for document processing.
• Extract structured/unstructured data from formats like tables, listings, and figures.
• Ensure optimal resource usage and model performance.

2. Insight Generation & Reasoning Logic

• Develop logic for generating actionable insights.
• Optimize response time without compromising output quality.
• Apply reasoning techniques to boost interpretability and relevance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Proven success deploying Gen AI solutions in AWS.
• Expertise in ETL pipelines, computer vision, and document intelligence.
• Skilled in reasoning logic, prompt engineering, and response optimization.
• Independent, fast-paced, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with AWS tools: SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Step Functions.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.
• Background in NLP, OCR, or document understanding.
