We are looking for a confident Data Solutions Manager who has enthusiasm and is a strong collaborator, able to work with different teams across the business to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients. The successful candidate will work across accounts including Specsavers, John Lewis Partnership, British Airways, GiffGaff, Virgin Media, and O2.

We seek an innovative, forward-thinking individual who will thrive in our diverse culture and contribute to MGOMD's success by developing best-in-class data solutions. They must be highly organized, proficient in technical problem-solving, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support onboarding of new clients and projects in a standardized way, ensuring efficient and quality data solution delivery.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements in data management.
  3. Define and create documentation and training for policy, data flow, or data requirement changes.
  4. Work with Data SMEs to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and data governance responsibilities.
  5. Act as liaison between SMEs, end users, and data journey participants to resolve issues and meet objectives.
  6. Support implementation of data pipelines and own data integration projects.
  7. Maintain data quality and automate governance, with monitoring to highlight issues.
  8. Commit to continuous learning and skill development.
  9. Assist in data culture initiatives and promote data best practices across the business.
